Welcome to the Grace Wilday Junior High School Website. Please be sure to take notice of the email directory and other district-wide information provided for public use. At Grace Wilday we prepare our students for the global-technological work force with contemporary instructional methods that also develop higher-order thinking skills. We service our families and community members with care by considering all obstacles and providing opportunities where few exist to deliver the dream of a thorough education for all. Our staff along with our student body reflects the multi-ethnic make up of our community. We are fluent speakers of various European, Afro-Caribbean and Spanish languages.

Our teachers at Grace Wilday Junior High School are one of the most seasoned and diverse with a large number having over 10-15 years of classroom teaching experience. To keep current and in touch with new trends in education, we encourage professional development for our teachers. With research guided instructional methods and lessons aligned with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards, our teachers equip their students with the best tools in contemporary education.

We welcome any and all parent volunteers to support our learning community by participating in the Parent Teacher Group and many other school functions. At Grace Wilday Junior High School we take great pride in the project of preparing our students for High School. We influence cooperative effort on everything from in-class work to large group projects. Our mentoring and guidance programs expose students to real life challenges and also provide them with networking opportunities with professionals from their immediate community. Again, welcome and enjoy your time navigating through our schools page.
